Class Descriptions:



TRX Suspension Training

This is a 45 minute suspension training class focusing on core development. Born in the Navy SEALS, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX© Suspension Trainer™, is the perfect performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal and fitness level.


Slow Flow YOGA

A sequence of free flowing movements, and yoga postures that are linked by the breath, that help promote total relaxation, rejuvenation, flexibilty and core strength. All fitness levels welcome.


SPIN

A 45min heart pumping-calorie burning workout. Taught on a stationary bike, bringing the outdoors in, combining all terrains. A great way to increase your strength, stamina, and endurance, while burning maximum calories. All fitness levels welcome.


Boot Camp

A 55min High intensity plyometric based cardio workout that will challenge all fitness levels, increasing strength, stamina and power. Come prepared to SWEAT! Modifications will be made for all fitness levels.
